Who needs TSCM? Any company, corporation or individual that believes they are the focus of a bugging operation. Accurate figures about the level of bugging within the UK are very difficult to obtain. However a useful indicator is the number of companies selling bugging equipment in the UK. By way of comparison in February 1999, the FBI and the US Chamber of Commerce announced that US companies lose about $2 billion a month to corporate espionage.
